New Office Hours Community Health Workers and Upcoming Workshops ​

​

Community Health Workers are now offering open office hours every Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. During these hours, community members facing challenges are welcome to visit our office to access the resources needed. These Friday hours will remain in place until January 1, 2025. We are also seeking feedback on additional times that might better serve the community's needs.
