WHAT WE OFFER
At the heart of our mission is a commitment to fostering a resilient and thriving community through a spectrum of vital services. Our Community Health Worker’s are certified through training with DHSS and provide a range of services to address the social determinants of health.

OUR FOCUS

Education
We provide a community information feedback loop through door-to-door canvassing, a Route 9 newsletter, and tabling at community events.

School Suspension Alternatives
Alternative to Out of School Suspension (AOSS)—Provides an alternative, safe, supervised environment for middle school students who receive an out of school suspension. Students receive homework help and participate in restorative practices with a facilitator who provides the students with one-on-one attention.

Community Events
You can't revive a community without bringing the people together! Our events and activities for both youth and adults educate, engage, and encourage the community to create the environment they see when they dream.
CHECK OUT THE
