REFERRAL SCREENING PROGRAM

Wilmington Alliance and Christiana Care have come together to offer a new Community Referral Screening Program that connects individuals with prior offenses to training and interview preparation support.

Program participants will receive:

• Professional resume development support

• Basic job and interview readiness training

• Guided preparation over several weeks leading up to their interview

This program is designed to help participants build confidence, present themselves professionally, and successfully prepare for upcoming interviews.
