Maintenance Cooperative 

A maintenance cooperative is one that provides small services that keep your home from becoming rundown. It’s the little things like:
· fixing leaky faucets and running
toilets that run up the water bill; or
· power washing the vinyl siding to
prevent algae build up; or
· mowing the lawn in the summer; or
· shoveling the sidewalk after a
snowfall, or
· replacing the malfunctioning
doorknob, or
· fixing the storm door that blows
open in the wind, and much more.
